The client came to us wanting a fresh new look for their clubhouse pool area. The new design features several different zones to be enjoyed by visitors. One area offers cabanas for lounging in the shade, while other open lounge areas provide an area for those who love to sunbathe. In addition, there is a raised deck and seating around the spa.
New materials were selected throughout to give the space a luxurious feel. The pool areas feature new pavers, turf areas, and a wood-like ceramic tile at the cabanas and raised deck.
The pool area is bounded by a frameless glass pool enclosure that provides safety, while keeping the entire space interconnected. Outside of the sculptural pool enclosure, we designed a recreation area featuring a lattice patio cover. We created interest in this area by using large concrete pavers with turf between them. The large grilling area features two built-in grills, as well as a pizza oven and large island. Globe string lights above help turn this into a great outdoor entertaining space. The same wood-finish ceramic tile helps tie this area in with the pool deck.
