On our website, we take a lot of time to discuss our process and the overall philosophy of our Long Beach architecture firm. We think it’s important for potential clients to understand how we work, what types of clients and projects are a good fit to work with our architecture firm, and what they can expect from us. We’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback on the content on our website since we launched it. Those who are “researchers” tell us they enjoy learning all about us before they make that initial phone call and are grateful for the abundance of information. But not everyone is satisfied to just read about us—they want to see pictures!
So recently, we decided to add a more extensive portfolio. Now visitors to our website can see many examples of our commercial and residential projects. You’ll notice that some of the images are just renderings, while others are photos of completed projects. We aren’t always able to get back to project sites after completion to take photos, so for those projects, we posted our computer renderings.
You’ll probably also notice the wide variety of design styles in our projects. Some Long Beach architects have a certain niche—they are known for modern design, or more classic design, and some clients are looking for that. But here at M. Grisafe Architects, our talented architects can design whatever you have in mind. We can restore an historic home in a way that’s period-accurate, or we can do something ultra modern and sleek. We don’t try to push you toward a certain style or aesthetic—we listen to you and discern what you are looking for in a space and then design based on that.
As you look through our residential portfolio, you’ll see that we don’t just work on huge, multi-million dollar mansions. We work on all styles and types of Long Beach residences—from beach cottages to large estates. Whatever the size of your home remodel or custom home build, we can help!
As far as commercial projects go, you can see that we’ve worked on everything from restaurants, to office buildings, to medical facilities. We love the new challenges that each new commercial project brings. One of the things we’re known for as commercial architects in Long Beach is our creative use of space. Whenever we do tenant improvement projects we make sure we make the most out of every square foot so our clients can maximize their business operations.
We hope you’ll take a good look at our portfolio and keep checking back to see what’s new and what else we’ve been working on at our Long Beach architecture firm. If you like what you see, we’d love to hear from you and set up a time to talk in depth about your upcoming project. You can contact us through our website or give us a call at our Long Beach office.
