Grisafe Architecture is excited to announce that we are looking to grow our team in the upcoming months!
Like many companies that do work in the home improvement or tenant improvement industries, our business has been booming for the last few years. As the economy began to cool down somewhat this year, we expected our workload to decrease, but fortunately, that hasn’t happened. We are busier than ever!
We want to provide all of our clients with the best service possible, and part of that includes completing their projects in a timely manner. We’ve come to a point where we need to bring in some extra help in order to continue to give our clients the service and attention they deserve.
Over our more than 20 years in business, we’ve taken a very measured approach to growth. We don’t add new team members on a whim. Rather, we only bring on new employees when we are sure that our workload can support them for the foreseeable future. The last thing we want to do is to have to let someone go shortly after hiring them!
We recently started to actively look for two new employees to add to our team: a Project Architect and a Drafter/CAD Operator. Since we know that many companies find some of their best employees through referrals, we wanted to let our readers know about the two positions we are trying to fill, in case anyone knows of any rockstar candidates we should be considering.

Project Architect for Our Long Beach Office
Since Grisafe Architecture opened more than 20 years ago, Mark Grisafe has been the only licensed architect on staff. He has been supported by a great team of project managers, drafters, interior designers, and other office staff, but the main project design responsibilities have been his. The firm is now looking to hire a second architect, who will work closely with Mark, but who will also have the skills and experience to work independently on both residential and commercial design projects. Drafter/CAD Operator
Grisafe Architecture is also looking for an experienced drafter who is proficient in using CAD software. This is a full-time, hybrid position that will allow the right employee to work both in our Long Beach office and from home. We’re looking for someone with real-world experience who can jump in and be a contributor to our company on day one! Learn more about the position here.
