We are excited to announce that the M. Grisafe Architects blog (the one you are reading right now) has been named a 2015 MarCom Gold Winner! The MarCom Awards is a well-respected and prestigious creative competition for the marketing and communication industry. They award companies, large and small, for excellence in categories like print and digital media, strategic communications, and video.
The competition received more than 6,500 entries in total. Entries came from all 50 states and from 34 countries around the world, and included submissions from Fortune 50 companies. So this boutique architecture firm in Long Beach is in some pretty impressive company!
When we started this blog, our intention was to create a place where we could share a little bit about our business and the type of work we do. We also wanted potential customers to get a feel for what they could expect if they chose to hire us as their architects. We are not an architecture firm that is in the business just for high-dollar jobs (though we can certainly do those). We are more interested in working with clients who want a design partner.
We love working with people who want to be intimately involved in the design process, because we believe that is how the best results are achieved. In the end, it is not as important to us to have great before and after pictures of projects for our website as it is to have a great story to tell about a client who is inspired by the space we have created together—a space they feel fortunate to live in or work in every day.
So while we are excited and privileged to have been awarded a MarCom Gold Winner for our blog, we are more excited about the new clients we have been introduced to as a result of it.
